Providers are monitored from our server(s), and as such the results may vary depending on several variables, such variables include the link used to reach a provider, the load on the routes to the provider, the providers distance from a monitoring server, any server issues I may be experiencing, any changes I make to the service, any incorrect calculations or scripting, any provider load issues, any provider traffic issues, any call quality issues, and including any data incorrectly logged by our server.

Providers are welcome to use any contact method to reach me, and provide data that will demonstrate our data is incorrect. I will adjust data accordingly, where they can technically demonstrate the failure was our end.

I offer no guarantees to the accuracy of the data, all calculations are dependant on the logged data. Your results are likely to vary with ours.

I accept absolutely no liability for any information logged by our server(s), any comments, or any content offered on any page of our website.

I will happily replace or remove content or a provider, should they contact me and request us to do so.
